Academic Integrity
Plagiarism, unauthorized assistance, and other forms of cheating are unfair to the entire Three Rivers community and will not be tolerated. While students will have a fair chance to respond to any claims of dishonesty, violation of these policies can lead to loss of course credit and other discipline. Student Privacy / FERPA
The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), also referred to as the Buckley Amendment, is intended to protect the privacy of a student’s educational records, as well as allowing the student certain rights to review them for accuracy. Read more about our compliance with FERPA standards.
Sexual Misconduct
Sexual harassment, assault, or exploitation, intimate partner violence, voyeurism (in person or electronic), social media bullying, or any other form of inappropriate and/or non-consensual sexual interaction will be subject to formal disciplinary procedures. Read the full Sexual Misconduct policy.
Drugs and Alcohol
Three Rivers is a dry campus; only events granted special permission by the college President may serve alcohol. Illegal possession, consumption, or distribution of alcohol or drugs will be grounds for scholastic and legal discipline. Read the complete policy here.
