Nursing, A.S.

Current Residence :

Waterford

Degree/Certificate:

Nursing, A.S.

Year of Graduation:

2020

I wanted to earn my degree because:

I want to be the one there for my patients in their time of need - to comfort, care and provide an emotional calm.

While earning my degree, my greatest supporters were:

My Mom, Dad, Sisters (Katie-Lynn and Brittney) and Boyfriend (Vince).

I’d like to give a shout out to:

My boyfriend, Vince, for sticking by my side throughout the most difficult times in the Nursing Program when I probably wasn't the happiest person to be around.

What I like best about my degree program and what it means to me is:

That I have made it through a very challenging program and it has shown me just how strong I can be.

What I enjoyed most about my experience at Three Rivers Community College was:

All of the wonderful individuals that I met along the way.

I plan to use my degree to:

Work as a Register Nurse at Lawrence and Memorial Hospital where I am currently employed as a Patient Care Assistant (PCA).

Now that I have completed college, I’m most looking forward to:

Spending time with my friends and family as well as enjoy life with a little less stress!

What I’ll miss most about Three Rivers is:

The wonderful, professional and caring professors that helped me to grow as an individual throughout my experience.
